•Same day cancellations or less than 24 hours notice, will be charged the your full service cost. •Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! Your deposit will go towards your service. If you cancel your appointment you will forfeit your deposit & must reschedule with a new deposit. •Late policy- once you are 10 minutes late your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit and be asked to make a new appointment & a new deposit. •Spray tan packages are not transferable or shareable! No one but YOU is allowed to use your spray tan package. No exceptions •No call no shows will be charged the full service NO EXCEPTIONS! •No refunds!
